Bump Like Pimple Under Skin, Tender And Oozing Inside After Popping. Suggest

I had a bump like a pimple under skin with no head, doctor told me to do warm compresses and try and pop it. I did that but last night I heard it pop inside and now is tender and whatever was inside seems to have spread because I can hear ans feel it? What can I do I'm going on vacation and don't want to have him cut it out and get stitches

Hi you are most probably suffering from folliculitis that is infection of hair follicle'you should take some antibiotic like cephalosporins or erythromysin or azithromycin for 5 days and topically apply mupirocin cream.if it still persists then you can have incision and drainage of the abcess you can take NSAIDs like ibuprofen or diclifenac tab for pain and swelling.you should consult your local doctor prior to starting any madicine.
