Bump On Back. Why Did It Give Me Pain? Why Is It Hurting?

Hi, good evening! Just had a quick question about a bump that s located in the middle of my right side, towards my back. I ve had a bump with a small black dot on this location for over a year without any pain. However for the past week, I ve had alot of pain and it hurts/soar even with the slightest touch. It s also very red all around the bump. Do you have an idea of what the bump might be and why is it just starting to hurt now?

The bump might be a infected Lymphoma or a infected sebaceous gland cyst.
To get rid from this problem you have to take a course of antibiotic and than if need excision or drainage of the bump. But about 90% of the cases cured with the antibiotic only.
Consult you doctor as soon as possible and get started you treatment. For pain you may use any analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs.
