Bump On Buttocks Area, Hurting, Darker, Oval, Big In Size. What Could It Be?

I have a bump on my buttocks area. It s not like a pimple because I have tried popping it and nothing comes out. It doesn t hurt often but sometimes it will hurt if I sit a certain way or if I touch it. It seems to be a little darker than my normal skin color and its a pretty big size. It s more oval than round and a quarter size more or less. I ve had it for over a month already. What can it be?
