Bump On Calve, Ruled Out Bug Bite, White Head, Yellow Pus With Blood. Can We Get Rid Of It?

I got this big bump on my calve and it is way too big to b a bug bite. I lt is hard and it had a little white head on it so I squeezed it and at first it was white pus then when I squeezed the bump and yellowish pus came out along with blood. The bump is still there but it doesn't hurt anymore. What can I do to get rid of it and what is this bump?

Hi,
After reading history, I feel that you may be having impetigo. There may be tender reddish nodule with pus discharge. It is a bacterial infection caused by staphylococci. Blood tests may be done to rule out DM,HIV and other internal diseases. Take antibiotics for short period. Along with it, take anti inflammatory drugs. Apply antibiotic cream. Take bath with dettol liquid. Have healthy food. Improve hygiene. Improve immunity by immunoboosters. You may consult dermatologist. I hope you got my answer.
Thanks.
