Bump On Left Side Of Vagina, Red, Sore And Painful. Had Unprotected Sex. Reason?

Hi, I last had sex with my boyfriend on Friday without condom and recently next day on Saturday, I feel a big bump on my left side vagina or labia. I take a look and it was red, sore, & very painful. There no pimples but just a big bump or lump. Right now, it look kind of weird. This never happened to me before and i'm worried. I can't even sit couple days. Can you please tell me what it can be?
