I have a sort of a bump on my skin of penis(on the middle). first it was white and hard and looked like there something under it. about month and 15 days passed and it was still there so i squeezed it and some liquid started coming out. i kept on squeezing it until i really could do it any more. than I left it but when i woke up it was full again. and this process can go on and on. there is little blood and a lot of strange liquid which has a strange smell(bad of course). i feel like i can't get it all out of there and like its being produced in there over some time. how can i treat this condition? i would say it's skin related and not an std.. it's also a single bump.
