Bump On The Upper Lip With A Cold Sore, what Could It Be?

I just started getting a bump on the top
Of my upper lip and although it feels partially numb, I'm not experiencing any pain. I have never had a cold sore and I sometimes experience this sensation if I eat something I am allergic to. However the bump is too larg to be a hive. Any information is greatly appreciated

Hi,

Thanks for posting the query,

This could be due to allergy or infection.
I would suggest you to apply an antiseptic and analgesic cream topically over the affected area.
Take multivitmin suplements.
Take plenty of fluids rich in vitamin C like lemons, oranges.
Take care!
