Bumps in throat, on the sides are palatine tonsils and are a normal entity unless they are infected or are getting frequent infections. Any significant asymmetry should be thoroughly examined, so is any significant recent increase in size. Other bumps on the posterior pharyngeal wall can be lymphoid follicles which are also tonsil like things and if not causing any problem, should be considered normal. So, nothing to worry for you. Regards
