Bumps All Over Face, Puss Oozing Out. Treatment Removed Larger Pimples, But Not Smaller Ones. Suggestions?

I have small bumps all over my face that you can only see in the light or if you stretch my skin out and look closely at... when I pop them, puss comes out. And if I pop a couple, in the morning, i'll usually end up with a larger pimple around that area, but all the small ones NEVER go away. All my washes and treatments help with keeping my skin clear of the noticeable, larger pimples, but I always have the small ones all over. No website can help with what they are. What are they and how do I get rid of them?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, These numerous eruptions could be due secondary to the dandruff. other causesw could be infection with resistant bacteria.
I to my patients with such infection prescribe a combination of antibiotics like cefixime and ofloxacin, if no response i will get the culture and sensitivity done and treat according to that result. Thank you.
