Bumps Below Waistline And On Penis. Itching When Sweating. Bleeding When Picked
So I ve had these skin colored bumps just below the waist line and right before my penis . I also have a couple on my shaft. I picked them off the first time and they were gone for about 2 weeks, then they came back again. They don t hurt, but do itch when my sweat glans in my genital area start going Noticed that they didn t occur until the day after I shaved. I have been tested and have come back negative on results. In addition, my partner has been checked as well. She also is clean. We have sex quite often, but was always afraid she d catch it. She checks everyday and has gotten nothing. Furthermore, when I picked them off, they just bled a lot, healed and then scared. But more keep showing up.
Hello, Welcome to healthcare magic What you could be having might be pseuofolliculitis due to shaving. It could also be molluscum contagiosum or fordyce's spots. Without an opportunity to closely examine the lesion, I would not be able to accurately specify the condition. You might need to consider a consultation with dermatologist for assessment and work up.
I would not recommend shaving of pubic hair as chance of pseuofolliculitis is very high over genital area as hair is thicker an more curly. Trimming is better. Hope this helped Take care

Bumps Below Waistline And On Penis. Itching When Sweating. Bleeding When Picked
Hi, It seems that you are having either skin tags or verruca. Both the lesions are benign. Verruca is contageous viral disease. Both the diseasesbare treated in same manner. Electrocautery under local anaesthesia is the best treatment. It is cheapest and simple OPD procedure. But, it should be done by expert dermatologist. Before that, you may be investigated to rule out DM, HIV,anaemia and other internal diseases. I hope you got my answer. Thanks. Dr. Ilyas Patel MD
