Bumps In Back, Neck. White Pus Comes Out On Squeezing. How To Remove Them?

I have 2 bumps on my body, one in the middle of my back in my spine and one on the back on my neck. When my wife squeezes them white pus comes out that smells like soured milk. I don't know what they or what to do about them. I've had them for about a year now. They don't hurt or bother me, can't even tell there their until my wife starts wanting to squeeze them.

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
These large bumps which you mentioned in the query may be due to ,
1 Sebaceous cysts , sometimes it turns into a large cyst and suppurates and when it does so the odor from its fluid ( usually mild thick with odor obnoxious ).
.In my opinion this can be confirmed by physical examination by a surgeon and get its surgery which is minor and take 10 - 15 minutes.
Good luck.
