Bumps In Lip Line, Pus Oozing After Pressing. Brushed Using An Old Brush. Underlying Cause?

I brushed my teeth overnight with this toothpaste anyways and now I have bumps on my lip line. They don't itch, burn or anything, there just there and I wan to know what it is. Anyways I popped up and pimple juices comes out. You know if you have a young pimple and you pop it and it's no white but clear stuff. Anyways so I started noticing these when I woke up, after I brushed my teeth , I infact, did use a old toothbrush. Could this he the cause?

Hi,

Thanks for asking the query,

Could probably due to trauma at the time of brushing or can be infection.
Apply topical antiseptic and analgesics over it.
Change the toothbrush if causing any type of trauma.
Take lukewarm saline rinses.
Avoid hot and spicy foods.

Take care!
