Bumps In Palm, Grey Spots, Spreading, Itching, Feels Rough. What Could It Be?
since aprx one month tiny tiny bumps almost not visible to the eye have appeared in a concentrated area on my right palm.. when looking closely or trying to stretch the skin in that specific area i can see that there are small greyish spots under the skin.. this is spreading and itching and the skin feels rough.. does anyone know what it could be?
Hi,
You are most probably having a type of eczema known as pompholyx. To treat the same, use a steroid cream(mometasone or betamethasone ) for few days along with a moisturiser. If it is too itchy, take oral antihistaminic like cetirizine. It will take few days to respond. Hope that solves your query. Take care.
