Bumps On Back Throat, Its Painful And Hard. Have Headache And Fever. Easy Way To Cure This?

I have these bumps on the back of my throat area I have headache I have some headache when I wake up or when I eat but been running feverof a 99.0 99.3 and I've been having a fever and I found the this bump for my tonsils were removed it looks like a flash color and it's hard and I've never noticed these before in my throat area hurts from underneath my jaw all the way almost to my chest

These bumps in the throat may be due to .
1 Peritonsillar abscess , diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination as well clinical examination by an E N T expert.
2 Strep throat with allergy may be the next reason . Diagnosis can be confirmed by throat swab examination and culture.
3 Pharyngeal infection , diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by an E N T with naked examination in throat.
In my opinion consult an E N T specialist and get his opinion.
