If you are circumcised, you probably do not have any foreskin. However, if you have bumps under the head of your penis that are not painful and have been examined by 4 dermatologists who all suggest that you have syringoma and it is a benign condition, they probably are right. I would like for you to masturbate lesser and use lubrication when you do so. I hope this helps. Take care and have a lovely day ! I hope you visit with a psychiatrist or a sexologist if you have any other questions or need the area examined by another expert from a different field.
Take care !
