Bumps Underneath Head Of Penis, Frequent Masturbation. Applied Anti Bacteria Cream. Treatment?

Hi, I'm 16 years old and for about a year now i've had these 2 bumps (about the size of a pimple) underneath the head of my penis, on the shaft. Next to these bumps is a horizontal line that is not long at all but noticeable. These bumps and the line have a red color to them, yet only the bumps hurt when i've applied pressure to them. In the past i have scratched the bumps off (basically ripped the bumps off) and even when i put anti-bacteria cream, they still grow back to the same size. My concern is that they are physically unattractive and i don't want them to interfere with my future love life. I've never been sexually active and masturbate frequently. I can provide a picture if needed.

Hello and welcome to HCM,

The red bumps and red horizontal line underneath the head of the penis can be due to infection.
Since, you have mentioned that you are not sexually active, the possibility of sexually transmitted diseases is ruled out.
The bumps could be due to superficial infection of the skin.
You have mentioned that the antibiotic cream is effective for short period only.
Use the anti-bacterial cream regularly and avoid masturbation for that period.
Frequent masturbation can aggravate the infection.
If the bumps and horizontal line do not disappear after one week or so, consult your doctor for clinical examination and relevant investigations.

Thanks and take care
