Bunch Of Little Holes Under The Skin. History Of Stitches On Finger Due To Cut. Itchy, Oozing Of Clear, Yellow Drops From Holes. Any Remedy?

I cut my finger on Easter, a bit of meat came off the pad of my index finger. I got stitches put in. When I got the stitches removed, the doctor said they would dissolve. Well, just three days ago, a stitch was found in my skin, bothering me. It was taken out and I noticed a bunch of little holes under my skin. These holes are on the pad area of my index finger, they spread a little to the tip of my finger (almost under my nail) and the sides of my finger. The affected area is itchy and clear (sometimes yellow) ooze drips from the holes. What can I do about this?

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem.
You need not to worry about your skin problem as it do not look like any serious condition.
You need to apply good antibiotic cream over it and keep the area dry and clean.
It may be due to stitch reaction or just process of natural skin healing.
Itching can be stop by taking anti histaminic medicine,
it is better to consult dermatologist if you do not feel well.
