Bundle Branch Block, No Diabetes, Chest Pain, Axis Deviation In Ekg Test. Cure?

40 year old healthy male with no history of mi. has had some right bundle branch block since baseline ekg at 30 years old. not significantly overweight no diabetes. hemochromatosis with normal iron labs (iron labs nevrer were that high even when diagnosed 5 years ago.) anxious chest pain occasionaly at rest and no pain during strenous excersize. my latest ekg shows left axis deviation ....bordrline ekg. ekg was routine annual. any thing to worry about? ?

Probably a degenerative disease of the conduction system...
There is bifascicular block... prolongation of the PR interval is to be watched for / indicates the involvement of the third fascicle too...
An ElectroPhysiologist will be the subspecialist to follow up...
HOLTER (24 to 48 hour ambulatory monitoring) is done to analyse and plan for further management,
The pain appears to be from Anxiety / however, TMT (Treadmill exercise ECG) can be done to evaluate ischemia (reduced blood flow / Coronary Artery Disease)
