Burn On Feet, Bubble Appeared. Applied Burnol, Dettol Water. Is It Recommended To Use Silverex Gel After Using Dettol?

hello Doctor, I got a serious burn by laying motor bike silencer on my feet(the place where foodball player using for kick), it was a big bubble , last week i removed its water by punchering it with a needle, before removing water from the bubble i applied Burnol, but now the skin removed, so cleaning with detol water and applying betadine, now someone recommended Silverex ionic gel, is it ok to apply after cleaning with detol water, or I need to keep it away from water during my shower ?

hi. Dont use dettol on raw skin, it might irritate!! You can clean it with sosp water, no problems with that, but not dettol!! Just apply an antibiotic like mupirocin or even silverex twice or thrice daily till the raw area re-epithelises.
