Burn On Wrist, Forearm, Turned Into Black Spots. What Should I Do To Get It Healed?

Thank you. I recently got a drano cyystal cemical burn on my wrist and forearm when cutting open a kitchen drain. The skin has turned black in spots in the area affected. I fulshed it with cold water as soon as I could and ajplied a first aid antiboitic. The arm is somewhat swelled now. What should I do other than let the burn heal naturally?

Hello, currently it must be an active burn for which you should apply a topical antibiotic cream and take an oral antibiotic course for 5 days so that no secondary bacterial infection happens.
Secondly after the scab has formed start applying a moistoriser cream to make skin softer
Eat lots of citrous food for quick healing. take care
