Burning And Inflammation On Upper Lip Before Period. Cause?

Hi, my question is: every time, about 2 or 3 days before my period, I get this burning and chapped, very red inflammation on the line of my upper lip , on my mouth. My periods are regular, and this inflammation is sort of an indicator that the period is about to start. Usually goes away after few days into the period. What could be causing this ? Thanks

Hello.imbalance of hormones before the period is causing inflamation of lips.it is something like fixed drug eruption.go for tests like serum testosterone.oestrogen .prolactin.LH and FSH.to rule out hormonal changes.use a moisteriser to lips before that period
