Burning And Itching, Lower Back Pain, Urinary Incontinence. Had UTI. Visited Relative Having Bacterial Infection, Contracted?

Hello, I have had a UTI for some time and went to the Dr. a couple of weeks ago. He tested my urine and said it was a UTI I was given Bactrim 1 tab twice a day. I finished the meds Thurs. I still have extreme burning and itching and now have pain on my left side around the waist area. Sometimes my lover back hurts. I have urinary incontenece and everywhere the urine touches, it burns. My 81 year old Aunt had a bacterial infection and I was at her house for about 3 weeks helping her. Could I possibly have contracted that from her?

Hi, it appears to be a resistant urinary tract infection, there appears to be a spread of infection to the uriters as well. reason may not be your aunty. For such infections culture and sensitivity test of urine is recommended, for complete relief. So i advise you to consult a urologist for diagnosis and treatment.
Thank you.
