Hi,
Welcome and thanks for your to HCM.
It appears from your query that you are probably suffering "Gonorrhea" usually characterized by yellowish discharge from the penile tip and burning sensation in urination. The confirmation f the problem is also supported by the time of unprotected sex ( means 4 th day of the same). Gonorrhea is caused by the bacteria which actually can be there by single intercourse.
You need not be worried about the same and can be treated by azithromycin or doxycycline and other antibiotics under medical advice. Do take proper and full course of the therapy to prevent further recurrence and any complications. Cipralex will not hamper in treatment, you can continue with the same.
It is requested to maintain safe sex practice!!
Wish you a good health.
