Burning Eyes, Headache, Neck Pain, Tiredness, Itchy Palms After Using Bleach. Reaction To Bleach?

I bleached a small part of my hair for the first time with the highest volume of developer. I left it on for the instructed time, and then I used a semi-permanent dye the next day. Its about a 2 inch section of the front of my hair. A small drop got into my eye and i flushed it out immediately for about 5 minutes the burning was very short and subsided quickly. Since I bleached I have been getting prolonged headaches, neck pain and general tiredness, and also my eyes hurt like I have not slept long enough. My palms were itchy today (4 days later) and I generally feel off. Is this a reaction to the bleach and if so what can I do to remedy this? I took ibuprofen and the headache is no longer an issue, but I generally feel unwell.
