Hello I am Dr Ravinder Sharma ENT surgeon
On the basis of information provided it appears you have chemical burn in throat due to exposure to bleach. Chemical burns in throat increase thechances of infection of thrioat or chest. It appears you have ainfection of throat and chest. I would advise you for a ENT consultation and possibly a endoscopy to get to know the severity of injury.
Yes it could be chemical pneumonia
How long will it last - depands on the severity of injury. But usual expected time is 10 to 14 days
I hope this answers your concerns. Feel free to contact me if your need more information on this
With warm regards
