Burning On The Calf. Redness And Redness. Lump Formed. Cause?

I just recently burned my calf on the exhaust pipe of a dirt bike. I didn't finally clean it till 3 days later. It's been healing rather well in my opinion. Minimal redness and only slightly swollen after a full day at work walking around all day. Yesterday I felt a hard lump just below the burn. It's just below the surface hardly swollen. When I touch it, it burns. Skin is only slightly pink.

Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic
A lump below the burnt skin which burns is something unique. I would recommend you to see a dermatologist. It could be a collection of pus under the skin. If the burns happened sometime back it could also be a keloid, that means wound healing abnormally with excess scar tissue. Or it could be a lump which is noway connected to burns.
Hope this helped
Take care
