Burning Sensation In The Tip Of Penis Usually After Urination. What Could It Be?

for about a month now i've been having this dicomfort in tip of my penis that kind of comes and goes,sometimes i don't feel it for days! even a week or more. it's like a burning type sensation usally occurs after i urinate! i tried ageless male for about a week or two before this all started,i thought it might be that,but now i'm getting worried,haven't seen a doctor yet,i thought it would go away!!!

Thanks for query on HCM.
There might be some injury (abrasions,cut) on the tip of penis.It gives burning sensations during passing of urine.
Also go for cbc,urine investigations to rule out urine infection.
Take nsaid to subside inflammation and antibiotic like cefixime,ofloxacin to subside infection.
Avoid sex till get complete cure.Drink more water.
Take proper local care.avoid tight undergarment.
Consult your family physician for medical management.
