Burning Sensation On Feet

i always have a burning sensation of my feet . i happens all the time. i have to be in contact with some relatively cooler substance to feel comfortable. please tell me what I have to do.

Burning feet can be a symptom of nerve damage (peripheral neuropathy), perhaps due to diabetes, exposure to certain toxins, chronic alcohol use, certain B vitamin deficiencies.
I would suggest getting this evaluated by a physician for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
