Burning Sensation On Heel While Standing For Long. X Ray Done. Suggestions?

My X-ray shows
1) Loss of Normal Lumbar Lordosis
2) MILD right lateral scoliosis seen
3) bilateral sacralization of L5 Seen

Impression: Paraspinal muscular spasm.

The symptoms:
Burning sensation on the lower back. Burning sensation on the heel when standing for long time.

Could this be because of the reasons as in the xray

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your didn't mentioned your age.
Any way,Para spinal muscles spasm is acute condition and it may be due to unaccustomed position or exercise.
You can take analgesics with muscle relaxants.
Aslo, you can take hot compression and take rest.

X-rays findings of loss of lumbar lordosis and right lateral scoliosis may be due to spasm of Para spinal muscles.
Bilateral sacralization of L5 is normal variant.
Get well soon.

Take care
