Burning While Urination, Itching In The Genital Area. Had Unprotected Sex. Do I Have STD?

i am very worried that i might have an std but i am unsure whether it may be thrush. I had very sore itching down below last night and then started getting a burning sensation when i urinated. I also spent most of the night constantly feeling the need to uninate but only a dribble came out. i dont know what to do. i had unprotected sex with my boyfriend over the weekend and we have been going out since september. please help.

You might have developed thrush.

Burning and itching both goes in favour of this.

It is a candida infection.

Treatment can be with oral antifungals as well as with topical antifungals.

Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
