Burping, Headache, Dizziness, No Concentration. Diagnosed Acidity. Medication Taken. No Relief From Headache. Suggestions?

I am 32 yrs , I am suffering from acidity, severe headaches, gas,burping after meals, dizziness, excessive sleep, lack of concentration. I am on medicines from last 4 months was admitted in hospital. All my tests including endoscopy are normal. My burping has reduced however there is acute headache due to gas and i am not able to work and study. Pls help

Hi,,
You have sever headaches with acidity symptoms

Since endoscopy is negative you need not worry for acidity.You need to have non spicy food, curds ,milk and soft diet and antacids

You should consult neurologist for evaluation of severe headache.You require CT scan brain to rule out structural brain lesion

Meantime have timely food, do neck relaxation exercises
