Butt Crack Swollen And Having Pain Due To Lump Above Anus. Area Moist Like Sweat

I m in so much pain my butt crack is swollen from the top down towards the anus then I all have a lump just above the anus which feels like it touching the coxis bone ( tail bone) I can t sit or lay down . And the crack part seems to be moist like sweat . But more thicker like what you would get if squished a spot

Hi

You seem to have developed a fungal infection of the area.
You should avoid application of any oils or moisturizers over the affected area.
You need to use a topical antifungal cream over the affected area twice a day.
Take some oral antihistamines for the itching.
You might as well need a course of oral antifungals.
Wear cotton undergarments in order to decrease the associated itching.

See a nearby dermatologist if the condition persists inspite of treatment.
