Butterflies Sensation In Chest Followed By Lightheadedness. What Could It Be?

I have the sensation of butterflies in my stomach, but it's happening in my chest. They last just a few seconds and is sometimes followed by a quick sensation of light headedness. This has been happening for the past few days. I have a doctor's appt. scheduled in two days (for another issue) but am wondering if I should take action sooner.

Hi, it appears to be the intestinal movements, in the upper abdomen, that is why they they also felt in the chest. they could be due to irritable bowel syndrome, anxiety, or irritant foods.
So i advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
