You shoudl prevent constipation if you have piles. Avoid fatty food. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables and drink lot of water. You can eat more pulses, cereals, eggs, chicken, lean meat for gaining weight. Do graded muscle weight bearing exercises to gain proper physique as well.
