CT Scan Due To SOB, Chest Pain And Back Pain Showed Biapical Pleural Scarring. Other Findings Normal. Visit To Pulmonologist Needed?

I am 52 and female non-smoker. I had a CT Scan due to SOB, Chest Pain, Back Pain. Blood work normal. Stress test next week. Should I be concerned about Biapical pleural scarring (see test results below). Should I be seeing pulmonologist instead of cardiologist?? I was told in the ER the CT Scan was all normal. Should I ignore the Biapical pleural scarring?

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

See the Pulmonologist – in addition to / NOT in stead of the cardiologist!
Pleural thickening is very likely to be the result of old infection – one may or may not be aware
It may not have any relevance to the present context.
The lung specialist may have to do a few more investigations to ascertain and ensure that there is no active problem at the present...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
