CT Scan Of Chest Done. What Does The Finding Mean? Cancer?
Hi there! I had undergone a CT scan of the chest with the findgs of a mildy enhancing soft tissue density with irregular margins in the anterior segment of the left superior lobe, 4.7 x 3.5 x 5 cm, abutting the left superior lobe bronchus. Negative for pleural or pericardial effusion. No signs of enlarged hilar or mediastinal lymph nodes. Mediastinal structures are midline in position. heart is normal in size and configuration. tracheobronchial tree is patent. No bone destruction is seen. Incidental finding of mild hepatic steatosis. what are these? does this mean i have cancer?
