I will explain your CT scan findings in simple language. 1. There is a very large 4.3 x 4.2 x 5.6 cm growth next to the surface of trachea on the right side. 2. There is another growth again on the right side of trachea and this appears to be partially wrapping around the surface of trachea and measures 3.2 x 4.4 cm. 3. Two nodes are seen in the space between the lungs and they measure 1.8 x 0.9 cm and 2.5 x 2.1 cm.
