Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I will explain your CT scan findings in simple language.
1. There is a very large 4.3 x 4.2 x 5.6 cm growth next to the surface of trachea on the right side.
2. There is another growth again on the right side of trachea and this appears to be partially wrapping around the surface of trachea and measures 3.2 x 4.4 cm.
3. Two nodes are seen in the space between the lungs and they measure 1.8 x 0.9 cm and 2.5 x 2.1 cm.

Such appearance of growths are most likely to be enlarged lymph nodes. This is a sign of disease which may be cancerous or a severe chronic infection. Always cancer must be ruled out first and treatment started at the earliest.
Please consult doctors at a cancer hospital with your reports.

Hope this helps.
