CT SCAN REPORT SHOWS THAT I HAVE MUCOSAL THICKENING IN LEFT ETHMOID SINUSES OBSTRUCTION OF LEFT AND NARROWING OF RIGHT OSTEEOMEATAL UNIT BY THE MUCOSAL THICKENING OVE RHTE HYPERTROPIHIES UNCINATE PROCESS. DEVIATION OF NASAL SEPTUM ITO RIGHT. LEFT SIDE CONCH BULLOSA WITH MUCOSAL THICKENING I AM 62 YEARS AND PLEASE ADVISE WHAT IS THIS AND SHOULD I GO FOR ANY SURGERY?

You have
1.Mucosal thickening in left Ethmoid sinuses
2.Deviation of nasal septum
3.LEFT SIDE CONCH BULLOSA
These all finding suggestive of sinusitis.
If your disease hampered your routine life then you may go for surgery.
