CT Scan Shows Pleural Based Noncalcified Nodule. Treatment?

I have on CT scan of the heart for hypercholesterolemia a repor of a pleural based noncalcified 6.4 amm. pleural based nodule along the posterior aspect of the right lower lobe a pleural based 3.5 acm. pulmonary nodule llaspect left
lower lobe and afew smaller pulmonary nodules see. 5mm. noncalcified pulmonary nodule left lung base. I am 63 year old female who smoked from ages 20 to 30.

HCM, thank you, You can not look for treatment, on a base of single ct report and no medical person will do it, according to the report of ct it can be said that, the exact nature of lesion should be found out and for that, certain things are needed like, clinical history, blood chemistry report, plain x-ray study, once the diagnosis is clear then we can think about the treatment, right now it is totally unclear, the lesion could be benign or malignant, send the other related report, to have a better advise, Have good day.
