Came Off Mini Pill. Had Unprotected Sex. Nipples Sore, Erect, Stomach Cramps, Mood Swings. Pregnant?

I came off the mini pill ( cerazette ) about 5 weeks ago and have been having unprotected sex since then (used the pull out method), for about 2 weeks ago my nipples have been really sore and erect but this is on and off and the areola seems darker. I haven t been eating as much which makes me have stomach cramps and feeling really faint which it never used to. I have been having mood swings and getting irritated easily and keep getting hot flushes. I took a clear blue test a few days ago which said negative but do you think theres still a chance that I am pregnant?

If you have missed your periods then go for a repeat pregnancy test as there are chances of pregnancy .
go for a sonography also ,it might be just hormonal imbalance that might have caused a delay in period. Consult your doctor with the reports.
