Can 4 Teaspoons Of Benylin Causes Paracetamol Overdose?

I have been taking Lemsip Max with Benylin Chesty Cough.

Yesterday I took 5 Lemsip max tablets and 2 ibuprofen (200mg), plus 4 teaspoons of Benylin. I read the box for the Benylin and there is no suggestion that it contains paracetamol but online it suggests it does.

I've not taken more that 8 Lemsips in the last 24 hrs, I have checked that but was concerned about the Benylin. Have I had too much paracetamol?

I've not had any medicine in the last 12 hrs.#
