Can 6 Hours Late Delayed Pill Cause Pregnancy?

Hello doctor
I've been on a trigestrel for a month now and having unprotected sex plus sometimes I forgot to drink my pills or drink then 6 hours late and now I've noticed some some amount of water on my nipples plus spotting but brownies blood and sometimes my stomach is heavy .

Could I be pregnant?

Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
With your discription it is obvious that you are not taking your pills reguraly.
In oral contraceptive pill time and gap is very important for their appropriate working, if you are not taking it properly then chances of pregnancy are there.
You can consult a gynaecologist and get your examination done to rule out pregnancy if it is not there take your pills as advice by your doctor.
