Can 8.5 TSH Level Effect Pregnancy?

My wife TSH level is 8.14 and she is pregnent of 37 weeks,previously she was taking Thyronorm of 75 mcg(1tab daily morning),Now she is taking 1 tab of 75 mcg and 1tab of 25 mcg daily from yesterday,problem is that from yesterday onwards she is feeling sleepy,lazy and feeling like loose motion,Baby movement is also not good,what may be the cause?

Hello and thank you for asking!
I can understand your concern regarding to your wife's health and pregnancy outcome.
The TSH level is high and it should be corrected by increasing the dose of levothyroxine.
The symptoms you described are not due to increase of the dose, so continue with 100 mcg and check the TSH after 4 weeks.
