Can ACE Inhibitors Or ARBs Be Continued During AKI?
Curious to know if ACE/ARBs are ever continued during an AKI? Is it just best practice to stop those agents as they can be the cause of an AKI, or could they be continued if a pt is not experiencing hypotension or hyperkalemia, and not greater than a 30% increase in serum creatinine?
