Kindly consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment.
Melasma is a melanosis on face may be affected by hormones and sun rays.
Do not use hydroquinone containing cream which is irritating and causes many side effects.
I would suggest...
-Kojic acid containing gel may be applied on the patches at night -Sun screening cream may be applied to protect the skin from UV -Tab Vitamin C 1000mg daily -Cap Vitamin E 400 mg daily -Tab tranexemic acid 250 mg twice a day -Cleanse the face with glycolic acid and Kojic acid containing face wash
I hope this would help.
Thanks.
