Can Advil Be Taken For Severe Pain In The Buttocks And Leg?

I have Sciatica pain in my right hip (buttox) and right leg. I have been taking Diclofenc Sod EC 75 MG Tabs for a right knee problem. Can I continue to take this medication and also take Advil for the pain? If not is there anything I can take for the pain?

Advil contains 'ibuprofen', which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by reducing substances that cause inflammation and pain in the body.
Advil is used to reduce fever and treat pain or inflammation caused by many conditions such as headache, toothache, back pain, arthritis, menstrual cramps or minor injury.
Since it has anti-inflammatory and analgesic action, it can be taken for the pain you are experiencing in the buttocks and leg.
