Can Advil Be Taken While On Metronidazole?

I have a minor vaginal infection dr. prescribe metronidazole, its my second or thirt day and I have a headache, im also havoing Omeprazol for gastritis and sertraline 25 mmg only in the mornings, but im not sure if its ok to take an advil for heache...can you plkease let me know ?

Hello,
I understand your concern. There is no know interaction between Metronidazole and Advil and between Omeprazole and Advil. There is, however, a known interaction between Sertraline and Advil, which is increased risk of bleeding. Occasional use of Advil should be fine though.
