Can Agnucaston Cause Pink Discharge After Missed Period?

my periods were 3 days late and i had started to get excited that i might be pregnant. before i had a miscarriage about 7 months ago and it left me sort of traumated. and this morning with no warning pink blood clots came and as time goes by bleeding like light normal period. a few weeks back because of pre menstrual syndome my doctor subscribed a new medication; AGNUCASTON film tablet... could it be because of the new medication or should i do a blood test...
