Can Aleve Cause Dizziness,fainting And Sweating?

Yesterday I took 2 aleve for a aggravating pain in my shoulder from a previous injury and within 5 minutes I had 2 quick sharp pains in my chest, became light headed about to faint and my hands started sweating. I am 42 and in perfect health. Was it the aleve?
