Can Aloe Vera Juice Be The Cause If Bleeding From Anus And Vagina?

i have bleeding in the back passage and urine for about 14 days . it has slowed down now for 4/5 days but is still preesent but not as much. only droplets. there was pain initialy but now is less.is there a diet I should follow?I have seen the gp today,in the meantime pleae advise me,maybe i am eating spicy food.I also take aloe vera juice.
